There were rumors before but now it is official! VMware has acquired RTO Software. RTO Software makes brilliant tools in the SBC / VDI space. Let's hope it stays that way!

My colleague Rob Mallicoat pointed me to this cool tool by the clever folks over at xtravirt. It's a RDP Plugin for the vSphere client, allowing you to right-click and RDP to the VM from there. Cool! Free!
