Premo, screencast, webcast, CBT..whatever you want to call it, I love em. I ran into this one at SearchServerVirtualization.com. It's about setting up and using Vmwares VMotion.

He walks through the installation process, pointing out any gotchas that could occur during the process. He shows the features of VMotion and how to put them to work.
