This hotfix adds several new features to the Access Suite Console. Most notable this hotfix integrates the Citrix Access Gateway with Smart Access functionality in the Citrix Access Suite Console. Quoting the readme:

This feature enhancement adds SmartAccess support to the Web Interface, so that you can control user access to available Presentation Server applications through the use of policies and filters. This allows, for example, the use of endpoint analysis as a condition for application access. This functionality is achieved by integrating the Access Gateway Enterprise Logon Agent components with the Web Interface and Presentation Server. This provides advanced authentication and access control options to the Web Interface using logon points.

This feature enhancement adds enhanced content redirection support to the Web Interface, so that you can enable and disable content redirection for both individual and groups of Program Neighborhood Agent Services sites, overriding any content redirection settings configured for MetaFrame Presentation Server.
