An active session might be left after logging off the session when there is Microsoft Office XP or Microsoft Office 2003 installed on Citrix Presentation Server. Note: The issue may occur if a user launches a published application in seamless mode in a Windows 2000 Server environment. The issue does not occur in a Windows Server 2003 environment or others. Cause In a seamless session on a server, which has Microsoft Office XP or Microsoft Office 2003 (added text service), a session has left as active status so that ctfmon.exe doesn't terminate properly after logoff.
