Alt-PrintScrn Behavior in Versions 9.00 ICA Client and Later

I actually come accross PrintScrn questions quite a lot. Here's an article that explain why Alt-PrintScrn might not work in your Citrix session:

With version 9.00 and later of the Win32 clients, the AL+-PrintScrn functionality does not allow a user to perform a Print Screen of the foreground window in a Desktop Session when the client setting for “Applying Windows Key Combinations” is set to “On the local desktop.”

Setting all Windows Key combinations to be sent to local Windows rather than to the session on the server includes keys such as ALT+TAB and ALT+PrintScrn. The choices on where to apply Windows Key Combinations are part of a new feature introduced in the 9.00 client. This is mentioned on page 14 of the Win32 ICA Client Administrator’s Guide Version 9.00.
