CeBIT 2006 has kicked-off. CeBIT each year sets out the latest developments and trends on the information and communications technology market. CeBIT is the only forum that shows how digital solutions for work and leisure are really integrating, from business software and hardware to home and office communication solutions and digital entertainment. This trade fair thus covers the growing convergence of markets, as information and communications technology is increasingly merging with consumer electronics, telematics, and logistics. In the various trade fair halls, around 1,300 exhibitors including Deutsche Telekom, Ericsson, Fujitsu Siemens Computers, Intel, LG, the Metrogroup, O2, Panasonic, Samsung, Sharp, and Sony will be offering an insight into convergent solutions and showcasing the latest innovations.
Companies like Wyse, CHIPpc, VisionApp and many more are also present. Monitor Thincomputing.net for news from CeBIT 2006.
