A little over three months after Citrix released Citrix EdgeSight 4.5, they have made available Service Pack 1 for Edgesight 4.5. When taking a look at the fixes incorporated in this Service Pack 1 you can tell that by far the most fixes have been done in the licensing area. When testing out Citrix Edgesight 4.5 for myself, I ran into lots of licensing issues.
These issues seemed to coincide with the introduction of actual concurrent user licensing in Citrix Edgesight 4.5. So now you had actual concurrent licensing (in stead of "fake" concurrent user licensing in the earlier version of Edgesight ) but it was a bit messy. But the mess has been cleared up in SP1.So what are you waiting for? GO ahead and download Citrix EdgeSight 4.5 Service Pack 1. The upgrade usually is very smooth.
