1. The product is so buggy that Citrix is forced to release Service Packs almost every other day. 2. Citrix is so into Edgesight that they've devoted everyone, down to Mark Templatons wife, to develop the Edgesight product and are updating the product like crazy. Seriously, I think the truth is somewhere in the middle. I've been working with Edgesight for some time and Service Pack 1 solved some really big bugs like session data not being stored on Multi-language systems. Service Pack 2 seemingly doesn't fix that many issues. In my experiences with Edgesight so far, I've been amazed with what Edgesight is able to tell you about the whole of your environment. There's extreme potential in the product, but there is some (almost obvious) lack of functionality for the Presentation Server agent but perhaps we should give it some time. I'd love to talk to some Citrix Edgesight buff though. So if you're listening.... Oh right, I almost forgot... get Citrix EdgeSight Service Pack 2 here.
