I, and lots of others as well, have been baffled with the inability of the Citrix search engine to produce accurate search results. I've created a habit of bookmarking anything I find vaguely interesting because I know I won't find it again using the Citrix support site search engine. In fact I used to use google to perform a custom search in "support.citrix.com/article". Citrix of course knows about these issues and has been working has to correct this problem. To this end Citrix has developed a new search engine for the Citrix support site utilizing a google search appliance. I've tried it and it seems pretty good. It turns up the results I was looking for and is a lot faster as well. The new search facility is currently in beta and Citrix is looking for your feedback. Go give it a shot: http://support.citrix.com/hsearch.jspa
