What is MFCOM? "MFCOM can be explained from several different views. From the view of a MetaFrame developer, it is a programming interface for the administration of MetaFrame XP farms and servers. Since the CMC accomplishes basically the same purpose but is packaged as a graphical user interface tool, MFCOM can be described as a programming interface for the CMC. This is probably the most precise definition for MFCOM, although the role of MFCOM may be extended to tasks outside of the CMC. To a MetaFrame XP administrator, MFCOM provides a scripting interface, which allows him to create tools for tasks that are frequently performed but would otherwise take more mouse clicks if the same tasks are carried out in CMC."
