Citrix Promotes Strategic Leaders In Sales And Services Organization

Citrix today announced three promotions in its Sales and Services Organization. The appointments leverage executives’ collective experience and align sales with Citrix’s strategy and product-line vision of end-to-end application delivery. All three leadership roles will report directly into John Burris, senior vice president of sales and services, effective July 1.

Mitch Parker, now vice president of channel programs and sales operations, will transition into the role of vice president of services, where he will be responsible for technical support, education, consulting solutions and field readiness.

Al Monserrat, now vice president of North America, will become the new channel chief for the company as vice president of channels, strategy and sales operations. He will be responsible for relationships with the Citrix® Solution Advisor (CSA) channel, system integrators, independent software vendors, original equipment manufacturers and alternate routes to market as well as the incubation of new products developed internally or via future acquisitions.

Fernando Campo will expand his current role as vice president of Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) to also encompass North America.
