Mitch Parker, now vice president of channel programs and sales operations, will transition into the role of vice president of services, where he will be responsible for technical support, education, consulting solutions and field readiness. Al Monserrat, now vice president of North America, will become the new channel chief for the company as vice president of channels, strategy and sales operations. He will be responsible for relationships with the Citrix® Solution Advisor (CSA) channel, system integrators, independent software vendors, original equipment manufacturers and alternate routes to market as well as the incubation of new products developed internally or via future acquisitions. Fernando Campo will expand his current role as vice president of Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) to also encompass North America. Full press release.
