If I recall correctly, this is not the first time Citrix is being sued over the GoToMyPC product. Although this time the it's a supposed case of patent infringement: Citrix is accused in a federal lawsuit of infringing on a patent held by Canadian firm 01 Communique Laboratory.

01 Communique on Wednesday sued Citrix in U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Ohio alleging Citrix GoToMyPC, software that allows users remote access to home or office computers, infringes on a patent held by the Mississauga, Ontario, company.

01 Communique, which makes remote-access software called I'm in Touch, obtained a patent from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in August, said Brian Stringer, the company's chief financial officer. It had applied for the patent in 2000. 01 Communique seeks unspecified financial damages in its suit.
