Citrix Technical Publications Blog
Friday, 09 March 2007 by Michel Roth
From CitrixCommunity.com comes yet another blog: the Citrix Technical Publications Blog. The first post is by Andy McAleer, a Senior Technical Writer in the Citrix Technical Publications team. He's looking for Citrix customer feedback.

"We are a team of writers working in Citrix offices around the world. We have various backgrounds - computer science, teaching, science, psychology, English, journalism, technical writing. You name it; we’ve probably done it. We work closely with Citrix project teams to create technical documents including administrator guides, help systems, etc.

I’ll shortly be posting some questions about Citrix documentation. If you care about Citrix docs, and can spare just a small amount of time, I’d really appreciate it if you could answer them (by creating postings on this blog). Not only will this mini-survey be a good way of establishing contact between the Pubs team and "the outside world”, but more specifically your answers will help us shape Citrix documentation strategy."

Read on here.

Update: Andy has posted his question about Citrix documentation:"When you and others in your organization consult Citrix documentation, how do you access it?" Provide your feedback in the comments and you could win a small prize....
