Citrix Web Interface "SharePoint Look And Feel" Template

There are several resources out there explaining how to customize, or brand, Citrix Web Interface. Jason Conger has put up a template which allows you to customize the Citrix Web Interface to a Microsoft SharePoint Look and Feel:
