Briad Madden has published an what I think is an excellent article on how to how to Configure Windows Network Load Balancing for pure Terminal Server environments. It is drawn from one of his books.

I think this article is especially interesting due to the way Terminal Services has matured in Windows Server 2003 and Citrix has started to move away from being a pure Terminal Server "add-on". More companies who utilize (Windows based) SBC will be able to do so, without needing additional software.
