DeNamiK Releases SftImport 2.1
Wednesday, 23 May 2007 by Michel Roth
DeNamiK, the company that offers the DeNamiK stress testing tool, has released an update to one of their other tools: SftImport 2.1.

SftImport 2.1 can be used to import OSD (Softgrid Application) files into a Softgrid database via the command-line (previously this was a manual process that required several steps and was easy to screw up). In fact, sftImport can even import multiple OSD's at once (i.e. an entire folder) or via a CSV file. This tool is great whether you manually configure your environments or whether you write configuration scripts.

Version 2.1 resolves a couple bugs in relation to SoftGrid 4.0 and has a new option: you can now import a SoftGrid application to an Aplication Group (/ag). Also you can now use the import all function if the osd files resides in different subfolders.

Download SftImport 2.1 from the download section.
