Drive 2006 Declared A Success
Thursday, 06 July 2006 by Michel Roth
Brian Madden's and Rich Dehlinger's Drive 2006 has come to an end. Dirve 2006 is fun-filled tour of the west that Rick Dehlinger and Brian Madden have taken from June 20-30, 2006. They've made stops along the way meeting with users, customers, and many of the people at the heart of our technologist community to talk about the server-based computing industry and how we can work and engage better with Microsoft and Citrix.

The trip will culminate in Redmond, Wash. where they will present the results of the discussions and meetings with Microsoft. They'll carry the message to Citrix in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. a few weeks later. Along the way, they ’ll be sampling some of the great sports, cities, and cultures the West has to offer, showing Brian why the ‘Left Coast’ is the next place he’s going to call home.

Brian states on his website: After 2135 miles in 13 days, it was an overwhelming success!

In addition to meeting people in the community and collecting feedback for both Microsoft and Citrix, we enjoyed driving around in an RV and blogging about it. I promise that you will see more of this in the future.

Read on (and laugh) here. Seemed like a fun trip guys!
