The Terminal Services Team blogged about how to enable Remote Desktop using unattended setup in Windows Vista. With all this security going on life isn't as simple as setting TerminalServer=On.
No, you have to enable remote desktop in the unattended file, configure an exception in Windows firewall and configure the new Remote Desktop user authentication settings.
