EnvokeIT New Tools
Wednesday, 03 October 2007 by Michel Roth
The very clever guys over at EnvokeIT have released a new tool called ScriptWindow. They've also updated an existing tool, the Flex EnvokeIT Logger Utility.

The ScriptWindow utility
This is a tool that you can use in your scripts to show the actions performed in the background to the end user. With the EnvokeIT ScriptWindow utility the user sees a “progress” display window that clearly shows what's being done. There\'s a free version as well as a piad version.

The Flex EnvokeIT Logger utility
The new version has been updated to support Flex Profiles 5.1, support for ScriptWindow has also been built into the Flex FrameWork Script. The Flex EnvokeIT Logger utility writes detailed information about a logon or logoff logfile every time the user logs on or off. And these logs can be saved to a share that both helpdesk agents and second, third level support have permissions to. And the number of log files to save is easily configurable.
