SMA consists of the Citrix SMA service, SMA scripts and alerts for predefined problem scenarios, and an IMA subsystem. The SMA service and scripts check the event log and WMI events for problems. The SMA subsystem of IMA is used to display the alert to the Access Suite Console. Read the entire FAQ in CTX108166. Thanks to Doug Brown for the pointer.
