| How To Find License Issues With RDP Connections |

1. From Presentation Server 3.0 or 4.0, open the Server console. 2. Select a Citrix server from the Servers list. 3. Go to the Properties from that server. 4. Choose the License Server tab. 5. Clear Use Farm Information, if applicable. 6. Remove the license server and port information. Fill the space with something descriptive such as “testing” and select an unused port number. 7. Click OK. 8. Click OK to the error message. 9. Open the Citrix Connection Configuration utility. 10. Double-click the RDP-TCP node. 11. Click the Advanced tab. 12. Clear Run only Published Applications (this step is not needed on Windows 2000). 13. Run the RDP client using the IP address of the above server. Read CTX104075 here.
