Sometimes Technical Support has to ask the customers to manually generate a user dump of Terminal Services service on Windows 2003 in order to understand why some Citrix components are waiting for them. For example, IMA service may hang and wait for a response from Terminal Service indefinitely. There is a new command line utility that can help you with this available in Windows 2003 Server: tasklist.
