Now that Hyper-V is generally available the information tsunami that you would expect from a release like this has occurred. Now that the wave has receded, this article is intended to gather all of this information into one article.

Hyper-V Maximum Supported Configurations
When you’re planning a virtualization infrastructure with Hyper-V, please be sure to stay within the supported limits below. In addition, the limits discussed in this document are highly dependent on the underlying hardware server configuration.
