MOM Agent Fails to Start on a Computer Running MetaFrame XP or Presentation Server

When using the Citrix Management Pack for MOM to monitor a server, the MOM service (momservice.exe) on the MOM agent may fail to start after a reboot. Manually starting the MOM service after a reboot is successful.
