Wally Mead has been with Microsoft for 12 years, starting in the training group. He has developed and delivered training courses on Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) starting with SMS 1.0. He now works as a program manager in the SMS product group, where he develops and presents training on SMS to IT audiences.
