MyCitrix.com Renewed
Tuesday, 31 October 2006 by Michel Roth
Citrix recently launched its revamped the MyCitrix.com site Now, when customers login into MyCitrix.com they will enjoy a completely personalized experience based on the products they own.

Once logged in, MyCitrix.com serves content based on the user’s role, including product information, reference tools and applications. For example, a customer will be notified when their current Citrix Subscription Advantage™ program is up for renewal and can immediately renew it online before it expires. Customers can also manage their Citrix product licenses online and have the ability to view their total purchased licenses, the portion of licenses in use and those that were previously allocated. Information about product upgrades and new products will also be available based on the products the customer already owns. MyCitrix.com combines all the content on the public Citrix.com site with the content on the password-protected MyCitrix.com site to provide a seamless, content-rich experience from one location. Overall, the new site makes it easier for customers to manage their relationship with Citrix, stay current, and learn about new products and upgrades – with the self-service convenience they want.
