Network Instruments, a developer of distributed, user-friendly and affordable network management, analysis and troubleshooting solutions, announced today it has teamed up with Citrix Systems to provide customers with greater power to decode Citrix applications. As a partner, Network Instruments will acquire proprietary technology development specs from Citrix, the global leader in access infrastructure solutions, and in turn implement those specs into its Observer line of network analysers.
