Jeff Pitsch has a new tool available on his website created by Leonardo Curbelo Jr. This is a very simple utility written in Visual Basic to perform a Citrix Farm inventory of applications, users, and servers and export it to a CSV file. It uses Citrix MFCOM. Therefore, it ideally should be run directly on a Citrix server that is a member of the farm.
If this free tool should not be the tool of your choice, know that there's always the likewise free PS4 Documentor you could try, or if you have older farms, then you could give the Citrix MetaFrame Information Exporter a spin. And if you need some real horse power, then you should spend a few dollars and try Centralis Harvester.
