Partners seem to have all the luck. Well, that is until the public beta three comes out. Microsoft is making a set of three Longhorn Beta 2 Virtual Labs. In order to use these labs, you have to be registered as a Microsoft Partner :-(. These are the labs that are available (via VMblog.com: )

Windows Server “Longhorn” Beta 2 Server Core Virtual Lab
Try out the new features and functionality of Longhorn Server Core in this Free-form sandbox Virtual Lab. Please note, there are no demos or walk through's with this lab.

Windows Server "Longhorn" Beta 2 Server Manager Virtual Lab
Identify the tasks necessary to complete the installation of Longhorn using the Initial Configuration Tasks console.
Summarise the steps necessary to install and configure Longhorn server roles and features using Server Manager.
Determine Longhorn server status using Server Manager as well as evaluate the other integrated Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-ins available in Server Manager.

Windows Server "Longhorn" Beta 2 Terminal Services Gateway and Remote Programs Virtual Lab After completing this lab, you will be better able to: Configure a TS Gateway Server Objective 2 and Deploy a TS Gateway Client.

No fear, mere mortals can touch Longhorn Server in a Virtual Lab as well and it's based on Longhorn Beta 2 as well !
