Thursday, 09 February 2006 by Michel Roth
This very useful document has been updated. The PN.ini file contains Program Neighborhood settings that define application sets (server farms). This file can be preconfigured for users to restrict access.

You'll probably deal more with the infamous AppSrv.ini though. Citrix support also has a document surprisingly called: "Appsrv.ini parameters deciphered". The Appsrv.ini file contains user settings that define application servers and other preferences. Since the 4.20.715 build of the Win32 Client, this file contains information only regarding Custom ICA Connections.
