Quest Software Acquires Scriptlogic |

Scriptlogic, a company that is quite well-known for the use of its products in Server Based Computing environments has been acquired by Quest. Quest delivers innovative products that help organizations get more performance and productivity from their applications, databases and Windows infrastructure. Quest’s Windows Management solutions simplify, automate and secure Active Directory, Exchange and Windows, as well as integrate Unix, Linux and Java into the managed environment.
The acquisition of Scriptlogic by Quest is estimated at 90 million dollars and should be definitive in the third quarter of 2007. Read the entire press release here.
