RoyalTS 1.5 Released!

My favorite free RDP connection manager RoyalTS has been updated to version 1.5.There's some real work being done on this *free* product! So now RoyalTS has been updated to version 1.5. This makes it a really mature RDP connection manager. Version 1.4 added the ciritical ability to bulk-set the passwords for the RDP connections to make it easier to use in corporate environments. Version 1.5 has a ton of new features. The onyl thing that is a slight drawback is that it requires .net framework 3.5 which is a pretty hefty requirement, but then again this is an administrator tool so installing .Net Framework 3.5 should not be to much of an issue. Check out the list of new features that were created for this *free* product in less than a year:

• Document protection: optional strong encryption for passwords or the whole file with a master password
• Document protection: for read only access to the file by providing an additional password
• All UI updated (Yes, the Burger is gone!)
• Connection Property: Background Input to control wheter the mouse will be recognized in the remote session when Royal TS isn't the active application (Default Value is "true").
• Connection Property: Auto Reconnect to control wheter Royal TS tries to reconnect in case the connection is lost (Default Value is "false" because some Windows XP SP3 users are reporting issues when enabled)
• Experimental Support for TS Gateway Server
• Minimize all windows to systray option in the Tools->Options dialog
• Prompt password when Royal TS was minimized
• External windows are now remembering the position and screen for each connection
• Connect with different Credentials to bypass autologon enabled connections
• Show selected connection in the title bar
• Sorting of the session information list now possible
• Ability to disable RDC version warning in RTSApp.exe.config file (ShowVersionWarning)
• Ability to load Terminal Services Plug-Ins in RTSApp.exe.config file (Section: ApplicationSettings_PlugInDLLs)
• Vista SP1 / XP SP3 Support • Complete new user configuration handling
• The selection label from previous versions is available again
• Ability to disable the prompt when closing Royal TS and sessions are still active
• Add a new connection directly from the toolbar with default settings
• Some additional logging
• Read Me file to the setup with the release notes

hi!

i’ve tested this tool and was disappointed!
i use visionapp remote desktop 2009 fopr my remote connections, and it is much better und easier to use!

I had a desire to start my own company, however I did not have enough amount of money to do that. Thank God my fellow proposed to take the personal loans. So I took the small business loan and made real my old dream.
