The Personal Support Center was created to give Users faster support in an Citrix environment. The user should be able to find easily information like the session name, Client IP address, Client name and so on to answer support personal questions faster. This article describes how a simple Personal Support Center can be created using Visual Basic. If needed, the user starts the script on the Presentation Server to get an overview of the user environment information. Download here.
