Several Sysinternals Tools Updated

Several Sysinternals tools have been updated.

Whois v1.0 is new. Whois is a command line tool that performs the registration record for the domain name or IP address that you specify.

Sigcheck has been updated to v1.2. This Sigcheck update introduces an option that has it scan only executable images.

RootkitRevealer has been updated to v1.30. Reason for update: Microsoft Product Support Services has found customer system's with the HackerDefender rootkit targetting RootkitRevealer by name to foil it. This 1.3 update performs scans using a randomly named copy of itself to defeat this attack.
