Tarantella Expands Platform Support For SGDE 4

Tarantella, Inc. today announced that it has expanded the list of installation hardware platforms for its Secure Global Desktop Enterprise Edition 4 software. The supported server platforms now include:

• x86 — Running Sun Solaris or Linux (SUSE, Red Hat or Fedora)
• Sun SPARC — Running Sun Solaris
• IBM POWER5 — Running Linux (SUSE or Red Hat)

Enterprise Edition 4 software, with support for Solaris on x86 and IBM Linux on POWER, is available immediately to select customers through Tarantella’s Early Access Program.
