Thin Client Firm Offers Fat Margins

Someone at the register noticed IGEL:

A German maker of thin-client hardware has set up shop in the UK. Called IGEL Technology, the company has hired Simon Richards, previously at Wyse, to build a channel-only business here.

Apparently, the UK is the biggest thin-client market in Europe and server-based computer sales are growing at a lick, according to IDC.

IGEL offers reseller margins of 10-20 per cent, and has a dealer authorisation and training programme already in place.
