Version 4.5.09 also includes the Advanced Print Manager technology triCerat acquired from DABCC.com (this was actually already in version 4.5.08). This version also contains over 30 fixes and enhancements, and adds several new utilities to further simplify the setup and administration of the Simplify Suite. As said, the main attraction in this version in the introduction of triCerat’s Roaming Profile Migration Tool. This utility provides a method for importing settings from existing roaming profiles into the Simplify Profiles database, allowing for a quick switchover to Simplify Profiles with no user interaction. Coupled with the recently introduced RegDiff utility, administrators now have a complete toolset to identify and configure registry values to save and then migrate those settings from existing profiles. Other enhancements highlighted in this release include several Simplify Printing enhancements including the ability to re-query single printers, options for administrator-forced denials, and per-printer configuration settings. ScrewDrivers version 4.1.03.94 is included in the Simplify Suite 4.5.9.
