Using SoftGrid In A Terminal Service Environment

Brien M. Posey has written an article on MSTerminalServices.org on the subject of using Softgrid in Terminal Services environments to eliminate application compatibility problems, just in case you're totally new to the concept. This first part is an introduction to application virtualization.

"One of the problems with hosting applications in a Terminal Service environment is that not every application can be run alongside every other application. For example, two applications may require different versions of the same DLL file, meaning that you can run one application or the other, but not both."
