Virtual Infrastructure SDK Developer Resources

The VMware Virtual Infrastructure SDK is a programmatic interface allowing corporate developers and ISVs to manage and control virtual infrastructure from their own independent programs and from existing frameworks such as IBM Director. The SDK consists of the VirtualCenter Web Service interface along with a development kit containing a WSDL file, documentation and sample code. The SDK enables your program or framework to invoke VirtualCenter Web Service interface functions on VirtualCenter to manage and control ESX Server and GSX Server systems. VMware recommends the Virtual Infrastructure SDK for access to the widest range of services.
