WI4x Display Full User Name

A new Web Interface 4.x modification from Thomas Koetzing's site:

"Sam Jacobs send me a nice little Web Interface 4.x modification to display the full user name. Citrix has published an article ( CTX108665 ) where they explain how to display the login name but Sam is pulling the full user name from your Active Directoy (make sure you have the ports open from WI to the AD)."
